Junior Material Compliance Analyst

About the role

GPV Lanka is seeking a motivated Junior Material Compliance Analyst to support regulatory compliance within its electronics manufacturing environment. The role is ideal for candidates interested in RoHS, REACH, CMRT and other material‑related regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain material compliance records in the SE database.
• Monitor updates to RoHS, REACH and related legislation.
• Collect and record supplier material declarations through research and direct communication.
• Review and update BOM records with material declaration data.
• Generate product certificates of compliance or test documents as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complete surveys according to management expectations.
• Review datasheets and MSDS for chemical content relevant to regulations.
• Support manufacturing lines with compliance‑related activities assigned by the sectional manager.
• Collaborate with the Material Compliance Analyst to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Passed G.C.E. (A/L), preferably in the Science stream.
• Good command of English with strong communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and database handling.
