Junior Marketing Executive

About the role

AMERCK CARE is seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to support the promotion of its digital health solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position in Battaramulla will help develop and execute marketing plans aimed at healthcare providers, institutions, and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and target audiences.
• Create and manage content for social media while maintaining a consistent brand image.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities such as SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
• Manage marketing leads and support lead‑nurturing activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Management teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Support product launches, events, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Develop marketing materials including presentations, brochures, posts, proposals, and promotional content.

Required profile

• Graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Creative and innovative mindset capable of generating fresh ideas.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities to manage tasks across teams.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
