Junior Marketing Coordinator (Full-time)

About the role

Livest, a construction services company operating in Sri Lanka and Australia, is looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join its growing team. You will help drive lead generation and brand awareness across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing activities to generate new leads and acquire customers.
• Plan and manage monthly social media campaigns.
• Manage Meta campaigns from strategy to reporting.
• Maintain social media calendars and create text, video and script content.
• Schedule and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Meta Ads management.
• Social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Content creation for text, video and scripts.
• Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Meta AI.
