Junior Inventory Control Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Inventory Control Executive to ensure accurate stock levels across our service centres, warehouses, dealers and sub‑stores. The role involves regular stock verifications, cycle counts and supporting corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory health.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory accuracy across all locations through stock verifications and cycle counts.
• Follow up on pending jobs, operational issues, stock variances, pending sales and Goods in Transit (GIT).
• Track stock ageing, damaged items, warranty/claim parts and support timely corrective actions.
• Review and process inventory‑related requests such as local purchases, inter‑transfers, reprints and AOD cancellations.
• Prepare inventory, ageing, audit and recovery reports while maintaining precise records.
• Conduct regular visits to warehouses, service centres and sub‑stores island‑wide to verify compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational, system and audit issues within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stores management or supply chain.
• Sound knowledge of inventory management processes, stock verification, cycle counting, GIT monitoring and warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Willingness to travel island‑wide for stock audits and operational monitoring.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
