Junior Graphic Designer – Colombo

About the role

Stonehaven is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join its digital and brand team in Borella, Colombo. This full‑time, design‑led role focuses on creating high‑quality visual content for presentations, digital platforms, marketing campaigns and brand assets, shaping how the company communicates across construction and real‑estate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver visual assets for corporate and client‑facing presentations.
• Create social media graphics, including static posts, carousels and story formats.
• Produce website visuals, banners and UI elements.
• Develop infographics and data‑driven design assets.
• Maintain brand consistency by strictly following Stonehaven’s guidelines.
• Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to craft concepts supporting campaigns and reports.
• Translate briefs and feedback into clear, professional design solutions.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
• Organise design files, templates and version control for team efficiency.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools and technologies.
• Support broader marketing assets such as email campaigns, reports, brochures and internal documents.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital‑first design, consistency and versatility.
• Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to visual communication.
