Junior Front-End Web Developer – E-commerce

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Executive to join our E‑commerce & Technology team. The role focuses on front‑end development for Shopify and other customer‑facing digital commerce platforms, including custom virtual galleries, campaign landing pages, and mobile commerce experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
• Create and modify Shopify sections, templates, snippets, blocks, and reusable front‑end components.
• Convert approved Figma and UI designs into responsive, functional web pages.
• Ensure cross‑device and cross‑browser compatibility for all digital experiences.
• Troubleshoot layout, styling, responsiveness, and JavaScript issues.
• Support theme upgrades, performance optimisation, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Implement campaign elements such as banners, pop‑ups, countdown timers, and interactive components.
• Integrate and customise Shopify app components and support custom‑developed platforms like the Virtual Gallery.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, product, QA, and technology teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Motivated and technically skilled junior‑level professional.
• Strong practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Experience with Shopify theme customisation, Liquid, and Shopify Plus is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and follow design specifications.
