Junior Finance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Executive to support our finance and accounting functions. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in invoice processing, reconciliation and basic reporting within a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations.
• Support invoice processing, payments and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Perform any other finance‑related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Completed Accountancy/Commerce/Business Studies at GCE A/L level or currently pursuing a degree or professional course in finance or a related field.
• Open to freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
