Junior Executive - Training & Development

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Executive to support Training & Development initiatives across Abans PLC’s extensive product portfolio. The role involves delivering on‑site and regional training, preparing training materials, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and regional training programs according to the agreed training plan.
• Coordinate product training programs with local agents and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver SCM/2 and Enadoc training sessions, including content preparation, updates, and monitoring of SRM assignments.
• Conduct Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel training programs for employees.
• Coordinate with IT departments for training‑related equipment and maintenance.
• Prepare, edit, and manage product training videography, photography, presentations, and summarize training evaluations.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources from a recognized university or institute.
• Diploma or higher qualification in Training & Development or Learning Management.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar corporate role.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours (9‑hour workday, flexi basis).
