Junior Executive - Training & Development

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Executive to support Training & Development initiatives at Abans PLC, a leading consumer durables distributor in Sri Lanka. The role involves delivering onsite and regional training, coordinating with agents and internal teams, and creating training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and regional training programs as per the agreed training plan.
• Coordinate product training programs with local agents and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver SCM/2 and Enadoc training sessions, including content preparation, updates, and monitoring of SRM assignments.
• Conduct Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel training programs for employees.
• Coordinate with IT departments for training‑related IT maintenance and equipment requirements.
• Prepare, edit, and manage product training videography, photography, presentations, and summarize training evaluations.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources from a recognized university or institute.
• Diploma or higher qualification in Training & Development / Learning Management.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar corporate role.
• Strong planning and organizing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours (9‑hour workday, flexi basis).
