Junior Executive – Outbound Tours

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Executive to support the outbound tours department, ensuring smooth and efficient travel operations for our clients. The role involves coordinating bookings, preparing itineraries, and liaising with hotels, airlines and overseas suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end operational arrangements for outbound tours, including hotels, transport, activities and excursions.
• Handle bookings, confirmations, payments, amendments and cancellations.
• Communicate and negotiate with overseas suppliers and local partners.
• Prepare itineraries, quotations, travel documents and other required paperwork.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover and execution of confirmed tours.
• Provide support to customers before and during travel, when required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound tours, travel operations or a related field.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of international destinations and tour operations.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple bookings.
• Customer‑centric attitude with keen attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
