About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Executive to join the Karapitiya branch of a leading insurance provider. The role focuses on supporting new business generation and assisting the branch manager with daily operational tasks. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure completeness and business quality parameters are met for new business generation.
- Generate daily and monthly reports such as KPI, persistency, productivity, and MDRT status.
- Support the branch manager by coordinating events and sales meeting presentations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the branch manager to meet operational and business requirements.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Business Management or Insurance.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance industry.
