Junior Executive - IT Systems

About the role

Support SFA systems to ensure reliability, data integrity, user support, reporting, and continuous improvement. Provide application support, training, and coordinate system enhancements across business divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of SFA systems across Consumer, Healthcare, and other divisions.
• Monitor system availability, data synchronization, and application performance.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Coordinate periodic system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with business processes and operational standards.
• Support development of dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Participate in project implementations, upgrades, and new solution deployments.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for sales teams and conduct user trainings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years experience in business application support, SFA, CRM, or related enterprise systems.
• Experience with SAP integrated environments (preferred).
• Experience supporting mobile or cloud‑based business applications and Power BI.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
• Ability to work independently.
