Junior ERP Consultant - Service & Maintenance

About the role

Inivos is looking for a Junior ERP Consultant to join its Service & Maintenance practice. You will support end‑to‑end ERP implementation, configuration and post‑go‑live functional support for clients using IFS Cloud and other ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support ERP implementation and maintenance activities within the Service & Maintenance domain.
• Assist senior consultants in gathering and documenting client business requirements.
• Participate in workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides and user manuals.
• Support system testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with data migration, master‑data preparation and validation.
• Provide first‑level functional support and help resolve post‑go‑live issues.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on reports, integrations, customisations and enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Asset Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in service & maintenance, ERP or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Required skills

• Familiarity with IFS ERP or other ERP systems.
• Experience with ERP implementation, configuration and testing.
• Data migration and master‑data validation.
• Reporting, integrations and customisation support.
