Junior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

SoftSora is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join its Sri Lanka office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and web channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, launching and monitoring digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Produce and update digital content, including copy and basic visual assets.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Support SEO activities and conduct research on market trends, audience behavior and competitor actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Experience with email marketing tools and basic online advertising.
• Strong written communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or a related field; internships or project work in digital marketing is a plus.
