Junior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on‑site in Pannipitiya. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop practical skills in social media, content creation, and digital campaign management while working full‑time in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities on social media channels, including posting, community interaction, and performance tracking.
• Create engaging visual and written content for online audiences.
• Support the marketing team with data collection, reporting, and analysis of campaign results.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months experience in digital marketing (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
