Junior Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Junior Creative Designer to join Echelon Media’s design team. You will work on both digital and editorial projects, helping to shape visual communication for our business magazine and online platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute graphic design concepts that align with brand guidelines and brief requirements.
• Create visual assets for digital channels, print layouts, and editorial content.
• Maintain consistency across all brand materials while ensuring high visual quality.
• Collaborate with editors, writers, and other team members in a fast‑paced environment.
• Manage timelines and meet deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.

Required profile

• Strong eye for composition, typography, colour, and layout.
• Self‑motivated, takes initiative and works well both independently and in a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and professionalism in handling deadlines.
• Portfolio that demonstrates graphic design and creative work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with other relevant design editing software.
