Junior Conveyancer – Property Transactions

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Conveyancer to support daily conveyancing operations. You will assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents for property transactions, coordinate with clients, banks and authorities, and manage cases from initiation to completion while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess legal and technical aspects of conveyancing cases and determine required actions.
• Manage assigned cases from start to finish, ensuring timely progress and clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients, banks, solicitors and other parties via email and telephone in line with service level agreements.
• Prepare, review and maintain legal documents, records and case files with high accuracy.
• Update the case management system to keep all information current.
• Liaise with internal support teams to facilitate smooth case progression.
• Participate in weekly and ad‑hoc meetings with senior management to provide updates and discuss process improvements.

Required profile

• LLB qualification from a recognised university or part‑qualified in law.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess legal documentation accurately.
• Organised, able to prioritise multiple cases and meet critical deadlines.
• Independent, flexible and able to work well under pressure.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong stakeholder‑management skills.
