Junior Content Capture Analyst – Document Conversion

About the role

CUBE is looking for a Junior Content Capture Analyst to join its Content Capture Delivery team in Colombo. You will help convert regulatory PDF documents into clean, structured HTML using AI‑driven tools and modern development technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and track conversion tasks using Jira and internal dashboards.
• Convert scanned and OCR‑generated PDFs into semantic HTML, preserving tables, images, footnotes and multi‑column layouts.
• Identify and fix OCR errors, formatting inconsistencies and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain code in HTML, CSS, C#.NET and JavaScript to meet publishing standards.
• Perform testing, quality‑assurance checks and document conversion methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, QA specialists and project teams to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a technical content, publishing or software role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
• Willingness to learn AI‑driven conversion tools and adapt to evolving processes.
