About the role
This full-time position is based in Jaffna and focuses on compliance within a fintech environment. The Compliance Specialist will oversee compliance processes, ensure regulatory adherence, monitor legal compliance, and conduct risk assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee compliance processes across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and monitor legal compliance.
- Perform detailed evaluations for risk assessment and management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate and enforce compliance policies.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance procedures.
Required profile
- Expertise in compliance management, regulatory and legal compliance.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating processes and identifying risks.
- Effective communication abilities to convey compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field, with relevant experience or certifications.
