Junior Account Manager

About the role

Conseil LLC is looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join its digital marketing consultancy in Colombo. This full‑time, on‑site position supports client relationships and helps deliver measurable digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring paid media, influencer, and content campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports and client presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Participate in client meetings, capture requirements, and translate business goals into actionable strategies.
• Maintain project documentation, track timelines, and support continuous improvement of account processes.

Required profile

• Strong interest in digital marketing, especially paid media, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with data analysis and interpreting performance reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior internship or junior experience in account management or digital marketing is a plus.
