IT O365 Operation Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT O365 Operation Lead to design, implement and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment. The role will ensure the reliability, security and performance of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and Autopilot while driving automation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and Autopilot.
• Create and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate O365 with existing infrastructure and third‑party applications.
• Monitor service health, performance and security across the M365 ecosystem.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues across desktop, cloud and network layers.
• Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to long‑term cloud‑first strategy.
• Support migration projects, moving legacy data and systems into SharePoint and OneDrive.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 operations.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• Azure Fundamentals or equivalent certification.
• Strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Proven experience with project delivery methodology.
• Well‑versed in Microsoft applications and services.
• Salesforce administration experience is a plus.
