IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager role at Ayman Network Solutions is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Kandy, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. You will be responsible for overseeing daily network operations, monitoring performance, managing configurations, and coordinating maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, manage configurations and coordinate routine maintenance.
• Supervise hardware and software installation, troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to internal teams and customers.
• Lead CCTV system implementation and maintenance projects, working closely with technicians and vendors.
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades while enforcing security policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of computer networking, including implementation, configuration and maintenance.
• Experience with hardware and software installation, lifecycle management and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of CCTV system design, installation and basic surveillance principles.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects, coordinate technical teams and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with IT security practices, data protection, backup and recovery procedures.
• Relevant diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; certifications such as CCNA or Network+ are a plus.
