About the role
British Cosmetics is seeking an IT Executive to manage and maintain its technology infrastructure. You will provide technical support to staff, ensure data security, and help improve system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT systems and networks
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure data security and system backups
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Required profile
- Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
