IT End User Support Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an IT End User Support Consultant to provide comprehensive onsite assistance to our users. The role involves handling hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of IT assets, and supporting daily business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for hardware (laptops, desktops, printers) and software applications, including network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot approved IT equipment.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations and specialized support.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including account setup and access management.
• Perform regular maintenance, patching, and updates of IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with security and data‑protection policies.
• Support IT asset inventory, reporting, and audit activities.
• Provide onsite assistance for meetings, video‑conferencing, and collaboration tools.
