International Sales Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking an International Sales Operations Executive to support a leading FMCG and food manufacturing export company in Colombo. The role focuses on managing international buyer relationships, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and driving revenue growth in assigned overseas markets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day communication and operational tasks for international buyers, including orders, shipments, payments, and new product development.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, R&D, Procurement, Logistics, and Brand Marketing to ensure seamless execution of buyer requirements.
• Manage product launches, marketing and promotional activities, and A&P budget allocations across target markets.
• Support revenue, growth, and profitability targets for assigned markets.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales performance reviews for management.
• Build strong relationships with international buyers and resolve operational and commercial issues promptly.
• Contribute to market development initiatives and international sales strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in International Marketing or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience managing international key accounts or buyers in an export‑oriented company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and numerical abilities.
• Proficiency in stakeholder coordination and management.
