Internal Engagement & Branding Specialist

About the role

HealthRecon Connect is seeking a creative and driven specialist to strengthen internal branding, employee communications, and engagement across the organization. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver consistent, brand‑aligned employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal branding and employee engagement initiatives that align with company goals and culture.
• Develop and execute creative internal campaigns, communications, and employee experiences across multiple locations.
• Coordinate engagement activities and surveys, administer data collection, and produce analysis reports.
• Use employee insights and data to measure effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous enhancement of internal engagement.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent, engaging, and brand‑aligned experiences.
