Interior Designer – Retail Showroom Lead

About the role

We are seeking a creative and confident Interior Designer to lead our retail showroom team. The role involves guiding customers in selecting furniture, homeware and décor while shaping the visual identity of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shop team in daily operations.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising displays that showcase furniture, homeware and décor.
• Develop social media content that aligns with the showroom’s style and promotes new collections.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture, homeware and décor that suit their style and space.
• Maintain store standards and ensure displays are refreshed regularly to reflect seasonal trends.

Required profile

• Strong eye for interiors, styling, colour and presentation, ensuring cohesive store aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently guide clients through the selection process.
• Experience in retail, visual merchandising or content creation is essential.
• Passionate about interiors, love working with people and possess a strong creative sense.
• Willingness to work on a roster basis, including flexible scheduling.
