Inside Sales Email Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Email Specialist to generate quote requests by sending high‑quality outbound emails. The role uses approved templates, adapts wording when needed, and ensures professional, error‑free communication with prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Send manual, high‑volume outbound emails in Outlook to engage prospects and request quotes, following company templates and maintaining a professional tone.
• Work from leads provided by the company, organize and prioritize outreach, follow up promptly, and track lead status in simple trackers.
• Follow the manual sending policy at all times, avoiding automation tools, and ensure messages are clean, well‑formatted with correct subject lines and signatures.
• Coordinate with the Sales Operations Lead on priorities and messaging updates, sharing feedback from prospect replies to improve templates.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a background in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support or business development in an international remote environment.
• Hands‑on experience sending high volumes of emails manually in Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, clear writing and professionalism in email communication.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
