In-House Social Media & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and tech‑savvy Social Media & Content Creator to join our in‑house team at MSA Travels & Tours. The role will focus on producing engaging visual and video content that promotes our travel packages and strengthens our brand presence across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish original content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Design graphics, promotional materials, reels and short videos that align with brand guidelines.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the company’s social media accounts, including scheduling and community interaction.
• Plan, launch and monitor paid social advertising campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
• Promote travel destinations, offers and services while tracking performance metrics and trends.
• Ensure a consistent, professional brand image across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design or digital marketing.
• Strong visual communication skills and a solid understanding of current social media trends.
• Ability to produce high‑quality photo and video assets.
• Portfolio of previous work is a plus.
• Experience in the travel or tourism sector is advantageous.
