Implementation & Product Lead – Apparel Supply Chain

About the role

You will own the end‑to‑end journey of bringing factories onto our Traceit platform, turning manual plant‑asset tracking into a fully automated digital experience. The role blends implementation, customer success, and product shaping to ensure each plant becomes a loyal user.

Key responsibilities

• Implementation & onboarding: configure data, train users, and lead go‑live for new plants.
• Adoption & customer success: drive real usage, build trusted relationships, and grow assigned accounts.
• Escalation judgment: assess critical issues and decide next steps.
• Product input: translate floor‑level observations into clear engineering requirements and influence the roadmap.
• Self‑serve engine: design onboarding, reporting and automation tools that enable customers to scale independently.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in the apparel industry (production, planning, inventory, plant finance, or industrial engineering).
• Tech‑savvy mindset; comfortable with dashboards, data and automation.
• Passion for replacing manual, spreadsheet‑based processes with digital solutions.
• Outcome‑oriented, able to interact with both shop‑floor operators and C‑suite executives.
• Nice to have: exposure to ERP/plant systems (M3, SAP), multi‑site rollout experience, and comfort working with international clients.
