IFS Project Manager – Enterprise ERP Implementation

About the role

IGT1 is seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end IFS Cloud implementation and transformation programmes for enterprise clients across international markets. You will work within a delivery‑focused consultancy, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle IFS Cloud implementations from initiation through go‑live and hyper‑care, managing scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones and governance frameworks aligned with IFS methodologies.
• Act as primary client liaison, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication across multicultural environments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across functional, technical and integration workstreams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and change requests.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, resource costs and invoicing while maintaining commercial control.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, financial updates and executive presentations.
• Monitor deliverables against quality standards and business requirements to ensure expected benefits are realized.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Project Management or related field.
• Proven experience managing medium to large‑scale ERP implementation programmes, preferably with IFS Cloud.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and governance, with experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Experience working on international delivery programmes and managing stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
