Human Resources Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven HR professional to lead our HR Operations function. In this senior role you will oversee talent acquisition, drive digital transformation, and champion employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR Operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely service delivery and achievement of departmental KPIs.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition team, strengthening employer branding and building talent pipelines.
• Drive HR transformation and digitalisation through AI‑enabled solutions, automation, and process improvements.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, appointments, confirmations, employee changes, HR documentation and HRIS administration.
• Coach, develop and inspire the HR team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition and experience initiatives.
• Utilise HR analytics and management reporting to identify trends, generate insights and support business decisions.
• Ensure HR governance, policy compliance, documentation and audit readiness while continuously improving policies and processes.
• Contribute to organisational development and strategic HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resource Management or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, employee engagement and HR transformation.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in AI‑enabled HR solutions, automation and digitalisation.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative, employee‑centric and results‑oriented mindset capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
