Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Executive – HR Business Partner will support talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and HR operations in a fast‑growing BPO environment. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines and fostering positive employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate management.
• Build and maintain relationships with headhunters, universities, professional institutes and other talent partners.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, university events and networking sessions.
• Proactively source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Prepare and analyse recruitment, attrition and HR‑related reports.
• Support performance management by coordinating evaluations, reviews and follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and assist with onboarding, offboarding and other HR administrative processes.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned by management while ensuring confidentiality.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 1‑3 years of recruitment experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong networking, relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and work effectively in a fast‑paced setting.
