HR Performance Management & Special Projects Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to lead performance management and special projects across our flagship city hotels. This role will drive a high‑performance culture, support organizational design, and deliver strategic HR initiatives for Cinnamon Grand, Lakeside, Red, and Life.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end performance management cycle for all city hotels.
• Develop, review and optimise organisational structures to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate workforce planning, role mapping and reporting line alignment.
• Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, restructuring and design projects.
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics and employee development plans.
• Design and execute strategic HR special projects, transformation and process‑improvement programmes.
• Analyse HR data to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement HR initiatives.
• Support succession planning, talent development and employee engagement.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies, governance standards and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive HR experience, including performance management, organisational development and workforce planning.
• Proven experience in organisational structure development and manpower planning.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
