HR Manager – Talent Development & HR Business Partnering

About the role

Varun Beverages is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead talent development and act as a strategic HR Business Partner for its sales and operations teams across the island. You will shape learning frameworks, drive succession planning, and support workforce planning while fostering a strong organisational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement talent development frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development programmes.
• Identify skill and competency gaps and create targeted training interventions.
• Serve as HR Business Partner for Sales and Direct Operations, handling manpower planning, performance management and employee engagement.
• Travel to island‑wide locations to understand people challenges and deliver effective HR solutions.
• Lead initiatives to improve organisational culture, retention and internal communication.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team on strategic initiatives and prepare confidential management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in talent development and HR business partnering within sales or operational environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel across the island.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful people development programmes.
