HR Manager / Senior Manager – Performance & Talent Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join a leading FMCG organization as a Manager / Senior Manager of Human Resources. The role will drive strategic HR initiatives, support business growth and champion modern, data‑driven HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end Performance Management System, including KPI alignment, goal setting, reviews, coaching and continuous improvement.
• Lead core HR functions such as Rewards Management, Talent Analytics, Performance Management and white‑collar recruitment.
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Drive HR digitisation, automation and AI‑enabled practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyse workforce data to provide insights for decision‑making and organisational effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, productivity and talent retention.
• Promote Lean HR and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related field (post‑graduate qualification is a plus).
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience covering multiple functions.
• Proven experience in Rewards Management, Talent Analytics, Performance Management and white‑collar recruitment.
• Exposure to HR digitisation, automation and AI‑enabled HR practices (strong advantage).
• Experience in policy formulation and deployment; familiarity with Lean HR practices is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical and leadership abilities.
