About the role
Join a leading bicycle manufacturing, exporting, and retail company known for innovation, quality, and sustainability. As the Human Resource Manager you will shape the people strategy, driving employee engagement, performance, and development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Oversee talent management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Handle employee relations and ensure legal compliance.
- Lead performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and diversity.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment laws.
Required profile
- HR qualification with 7+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and proximity to Panadura are added advantages.
Required skills
- Experience with HR software tools.
