About the role
Our client, a supplier of medical equipment, is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives in the Western Province. The role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people decisions with commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic HR partnership and business alignment
- Design and management of performance and reward programs
- Drive engagement, culture and capability development
- Policy, governance and change management
- HR analytics and insight generation
Required profile
- 6–10 years of HR experience, including business partnering
- Strong expertise in performance management and incentive design
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities
- Commercial mindset with ability to link people decisions to business outcomes
- Analytical, problem‑solving and execution capability
- Confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders while building trusted relationships
