About the role

We are looking for a Hindi‑speaking Call Centre Executive to handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions on a roster basis. The role is onsite in Colombo and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls in Hindi.
Provide accurate information and respond to customer queries.
Resolve complaints and service‑related issues professionally.
Adhere to a rotating roster that may include night shifts and weekend work.
Maintain flexibility to adjust shift patterns based on operational needs.

Required profile

Resident of Sri Lanka.
Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) and high fluency in English (written and spoken).
Willingness to work on a roster basis, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong sales orientation with persuasive communication and negotiation abilities.
Prior experience in telesales, outbound call centres, or similar sales environments is a strong advantage.
