Hindi Speaking Call Agent – Full-time, Colombo

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Hindi Speaking Call Agent based in Colombo. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, communicating with customers in Hindi and English, and providing accurate information about our services and products.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic issues over the phone.
• Update and maintain customer records in the system.
• Follow standard call‑handling procedures and maintain call quality standards.
• Meet performance targets such as call volume and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve the overall customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and participate in training sessions as required.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi with good proficiency in English.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to work on‑site in Colombo, including possible shift work.
• Secondary school education or equivalent; prior call‑center or customer‑service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Team‑player attitude, ability to follow instructions and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
