Head of Influencer Marketing

About the role

The Head of Influencer Marketing will lead ban's influencer function from our Colombo office. This senior position is responsible for shaping strategy, sourcing creators, and delivering end‑to‑end campaigns that align with client brand goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across social platforms.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable creators based on audience insights.
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage contracts with influencers and talent agencies.
• Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report results.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, media, and MarTech teams to integrate influencer work into broader initiatives.
• Mentor and manage a team of influencer specialists.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing strategy, creator identification, audience analysis, and campaign planning.
• Strong relationship‑management and negotiation skills.
• Background in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field; agency or brand‑side experience preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining quality.
• Interest in emerging digital trends, creator economies, and MarTech solutions.
