Head of Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Head of Finance Planning & Analysis will lead financial analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring to support strategic decision‑making and drive organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial modeling, forecasting and data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare budgets and conduct comprehensive financial planning aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance and other finance function heads to deliver insights for key business decisions.
• Compile, analyze and validate financial data for management and Board reports.
• Prepare Product and Channel P&L reports using SAP.
• Develop and produce various reports such as CSMT, business unit and Annual Reports.
• Perform variance analysis, identify drivers and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses to address emerging business needs.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance against KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Post‑graduate qualification (MBA, Master’s) is an advantage.
• 5–8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Reporting or Corporate Finance.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to analyze data, develop insightful reports and support strategic decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
