Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

Steradian Capital Investments is seeking a commercially driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead the digital transformation across its diversified portfolio. The role reports directly to the CEO and requires a strategic mindset that treats every marketing investment as a business decision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy for all group companies.
• Drive revenue growth through direct bookings, qualified leads, online sales and customer acquisition.
• Lead performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, CRM, website optimisation and analytics.
• Build, mentor and inspire a high‑performing digital marketing team.
• Identify and launch new digital revenue streams, strategic partnerships and affiliate programmes.
• Optimise spend to maximise ROI and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost.
• Lead brand awareness, market positioning and digital brand equity initiatives.
• Oversee digital transformation projects such as CRM optimisation, marketing automation, booking engines and MarTech solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, Revenue Management and Business Development teams.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and AI‑driven marketing tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive digital marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth through digital strategies.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, real estate or multi‑brand organisations is a distinct advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate marketing initiatives into business results.
