Head of Data & AI – Lead Enterprise Data & AI Strategy

About the role

Are you ready to lead enterprise-wide Data, AI, Analytics & Digital Transformation initiatives? We are looking for an experienced Head of Data & AI to develop and execute the organization’s Data & AI strategy, drive innovation, and build a high‑performing technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise Data & AI strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead Data Architecture, Analytics, BI, Machine Learning & AI initiatives
• Establish and strengthen Data Governance, policies and standards
• Identify AI opportunities and deliver measurable business value
• Oversee Data & AI platforms, technologies and investments
• Drive enterprise‑wide data‑driven decision making
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing Data & AI team
• Ensure Data Security, privacy, regulatory and governance compliance
• Partner with senior leaders on strategic data and AI opportunities
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation and data excellence

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering or a related field
• Master’s in Data Science, AI, Business Analytics or Information Management is an added advantage
• 10+ years of experience in Data Management, Analytics, BI, AI or related technology domains
• Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale Data & AI initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Governance, Cloud Data Platforms, Analytics & AI technologies
• Proven experience managing high‑performing technical teams
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through Data & AI
