About the role

Our client, a subsidiary of a large conglomerate, advances healthcare in Sri Lanka through innovative medical technologies and proactive health screening solutions. The Guest Relations Officer will greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Address inquiries and provide excellent, personalized customer service.
• Manage appointments and facilitate smooth guest check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Handle reception duties and related administrative tasks efficiently.
• Promote appropriate wellness and screening services to guests based on their needs.
• Build lasting client relationships through professional and friendly engagement.
• Provide a premium lounge experience by serving refreshments, including tea and coffee, while ensuring guests' comfort and wellbeing throughout their visit.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• 2‑3 years of prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or a customer‑facing role.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and appointment management tools.
• Strong skills in guest relations and reception duties.
• Excellent command of the English language with outstanding customer service abilities.
• Ability to engage in sales conversations related to healthcare and wellness offerings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
