About the role

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service to hotel guests, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations. This role acts as the primary liaison between guests and internal teams, handling all aspects of guest interaction from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and address guest queries, disputes, and complaints promptly.
• Implement initiatives aimed at improving overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently.
• Serve as the communication hub between guests and hotel staff.
• Prepare and submit activity reports to senior management.
• Share best practices and tips with the team to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a reputable star‑class hotel.
• Pleasant, outgoing personality with a strong customer‑oriented mindset.
• Professional attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
• Team player, self‑motivated, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
