Growth Marketing Specialist – User Acquisition

About the role

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to own user acquisition for an AI‑powered platform used by dancers and dance studios, primarily in the United States. The product already ranks number one on Google for its main category terms and processes thousands of videos, but it needs more people to discover it. You will be responsible for solving the traffic problem end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing data sources (GA4, Google Search Console, internal dashboards, social performance) and interpret the findings.
• Build and execute a growth strategy focused on organic and non‑paid channels such as SEO, content, partnerships and B2B outreach.
• Identify, test and measure new acquisition channels, quickly discontinue under‑performing ones.
• Track trends and competitor activity in the fast‑moving consumer AI category.
• Report on metrics that moved the numbers, not just activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of growth, digital or performance marketing experience with measurable results.
• Hands‑on expertise with GA4 and Google Search Console, able to build reports.
• Practical SEO skills including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and content planning.
• Experience growing social channels and understanding organic vs paid tactics.
• Ability to form data‑driven views and defend them; strong written English.
