About the role

InsureMe.lk, Sri Lanka’s leading online insurance supermarket, is seeking a dynamic Group Marketing Manager to shape and drive its marketing strategy. You will lead a diverse team and work across brand, digital, and communications to accelerate growth and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group Marketing Strategy and annual marketing plans.
• Lead brand management, digital marketing, social media, and corporate communications.
• Plan and launch marketing campaigns that support business growth and customer acquisition.
• Drive lead generation and strengthen market presence across insurance and financial services.
• Manage marketing agencies, vendors, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI, providing insights to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM, SLIM) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including senior or managerial roles.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering creative, commercially driven marketing initiatives.
