Group Head of Branding and Communications – Manager Category

About the role

The Group Head of Branding and Communications – Manager Category is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Sri Lanka. You will lead brand strategy and communication initiatives for Q Collection’s apparel categories, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding campaigns that align with the group’s overall strategy.
• Manage internal and external communications, including PR, media relations, and corporate messaging.
• Lead content creation for digital and traditional channels such as web, email, and social media.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and sustainability teams to highlight innovation and ESG priorities.
• Monitor brand performance metrics, analyse data and KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee agencies and creative partners to ensure cohesive visual identity and brand assets.
• Ensure all communications reflect Q Collection’s values and long‑term vision.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management and strategic marketing at the category level.
• Strong expertise in internal, corporate, and public‑relations communications.
• Background in apparel, fashion, or manufacturing, with exposure to global markets.
• Leadership and people‑management capabilities, able to guide cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of sustainability and ESG‑related communication.
