Group Chief Financial Officer

About the role

DBI Holdings is establishing a holding platform for hospitality and investment businesses and seeks a senior finance leader to shape its financial structure, governance and commercial discipline as it expands internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute group financial strategy, planning, forecasting and consolidated reporting.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, working‑capital, budgeting and performance management across the portfolio.
• Lead financial controls, risk management, tax, audit and regulatory compliance.
• Structure banking relationships, debt facilities and equity fundraising, and report to investors.
• Evaluate acquisitions, leases, investments and conduct financial modelling and feasibility analysis.
• Oversee capital allocation, CAPEX governance and profitability analysis at hotel and property level.
• Build and lead a high‑performing Group Finance function and support future SPVs, joint ventures and acquisitions.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with extensive senior leadership experience.
• Background in hospitality, real estate, investment or other asset‑intensive sectors is highly valuable.

• Debt and equity financing, investment analysis and financial modelling.
